Learn how to make cheese by getting hands on at the cheese factory and take part in a challenge to see who is the best at making cheese! The winner will be rewarded with a nice bottle of Primitivo wine!

 

This experience includes:

• the visit of the cheese factory with an introduction to the different kinds of cheese and milk and tasting of cheese paired with fresh fruit, preserves and honey, bruschetta and extravirgin olive oil,  including a glass of wine;

• Visit of pajare (trulli houses used by the farmers) and  of the hypogeum olive mill (underground olive mill) + olive oil tasting.

• cheese making demonstration +   cheese making challenge.
