Our Cookery School is located in an ancient palazzo that dates back to the XVII century, with a roof terrace facing a beautiful baroque square, in San Cesario di Lecce - an enchanting town located right outside Lecce, where time seems to have stopped and one feels like stepping into an old movie.*

During the cooking class you will get hands on with fresh pasta and pizza from scratch together with our lovely chef who will share the secrets behind traditional home cooking.  

Our chef will give you all the tips to make a great traditional Italian meal whilst introducing you to a few regional wines and listening to classical music.

At the end of the preparation you will be enjoying what you have made with your hands, - also, Italian antipasti will be served on the rooftop terrace while enjoying the most amazing sunsets.

Cooking class  includes a 4 course menu + wine and a  recipe book to take home.
